Plastc Card refund (MasterCard, VISA)

 

Plastc is declaring bankruptcy. But what is with my and your money? We have good a chance to get our money back. It depends on few simple requirements. You must have purchased your Plastc Card via credit/debit card (VISA/MasterCard) within the last 540 days.

I wrote a letter that you can use to refund your money. I have used it for my Plastc Card purchase and I got my money back!

Please adjust this letter with your matching credit card institute and other information. MasterCard or VISA offer in case of non delivery a chargeback within 540 days. If your purchase of the plastc card is 541 days ago, you won’t get the chargeback.

Dear Billing Disputes,

 

I am disputing a credit charge from Plastc. Inc in the amount of 105$ , which is included on my statement (as a screenshot) dated May 30, 2016.

On May 28, 2016. I pre-ordered The Plastc Card from the website. Plastc.com. I received an email the same day that confirmed my order #00001 for the amount above. I was also told that I would receive the merchandise by November of 2016. However, after several delays I never received the merchandise. The last shipping date that I was told was Q2 (April, May, June  2017). On April 20, 2017. I received an email from Plastc. Inc stating that they were closing down operations and considering filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy, without offering refunds.

I have enclosed supporting documentation in the form of my email confirmation of the order as well as the email I received from plastc, Inc stating the above. This letter can also be found on their primary website http://www.plastc.com as the homepage.

I may be reached via email at E-MAIL ADDRESS – or by phone at PHONE NUMBER and you can write me a letter. I understand that MasterCard Reason Code „4855“ states that for pre-orders the timeframe is extended to 540 days from placing the order. Please issue a chargeback for this fraudulent transaction.
